Welsh Assembly Member, Jack Sargeant, recently opened Rubicon's new garden room showroom at the company's Deeside manufacturing base in Flintshire, North Wales. Commenting during his visit, Mr Sargeant said "“It’s great to be able to see this new showroom for Rubicon Garden Rooms - it’s a wonderful facility and I would encourage people to come and have a look.
"Flintshire County Council are building the next generation of social housing, but it’s true to say we need to ensure a mix of housing stock. I was very interested to hear the company’s proposals for using the buildings for housing, incorporating kitchen, toilet and shower facilities. This innovative idea is a real opportunity to explore.”
He was also introduced to some of Rubicon's manufacturing staff including our first apprentice, Caleb Williams from Ewloe and new employee Joe Fife from Ellesmere Port.
