Rubicon Registers Trademark
Rubicon Garden Rooms has now registered its distinctive logo as a Trademark. The logo is a stylised Garden Room shown with cladding overlaid with the Rubicon name. We have registered the mark in classifications 19; 37; 42 and 43. John Lyon, Managing Director said 'This is an important step in our business development. Registering our distinctive logo is part of our on-going efforts to protect our valuable Intellectual Property which, together with our product registered and unregistered Design Rights, provides legal protection from copyists for our on-line and off-line I.P. assets'.
